Absence Due to Illness
If you wish to report your child absence due to illness then please either telephone the school on 01992 449605 or email through to the absence line on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Absences due to illness should be reported on a daily basis.
It is the stated intention of the school to acknowledge any general correspondence by any line of communication within 48 hours of that correspondence being received, provided the correspondence is received during term time. Correspondence received outside term dates may experience a short delay in receiving a response.
With regards to complaints received to the school, it is the school's intention to acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 24 hours.
